Following the recent international sectorball tournament held in Miercurea Ciuc, Viktor Lukács, reigning European and World Champion, has officially ascended to the top of the sectorball world rankings.

The new update confirms a familiar trio at the summit: Lukács, Koczor, and Mártonfi — long-standing titans of the sport who have traded the No. 1 spot back and forth in recent years. Their consistent presence at the top underscores a period of remarkable dominance and fierce competition.

The sectorball international ranking system has a rich history, but since 2021, a revised and more precise points calculation method has been in use. This modernized system ensures more accurate reflection of player performance across international events, emphasizing both quality and consistency.
