32nd Polish Year-End Table Football Tournament Celebrates Friendship, Competition and Community
The 32nd Polish Year-End Table Football Tournament has successfully concluded, once again proving why it has become one of the most beloved annual events on the international ITFC calendar.
Held at the beautiful Novel House near Poznań, this year’s tournament offered everything that makes our sport so special: outstanding organization, exciting matches, genuine sportsmanship, and above all, the friendship that unites the international table football family.
From the very beginning, the atmosphere was exceptional. Following an entertaining and energetic opening ceremony, players entered the group stage where every point mattered. Spectators witnessed many closely contested matches, dramatic moments, and excellent performances throughout the morning.
After lunch, the tournament moved into the knockout rounds, where the intensity increased even further. Every match was fought with determination, yet the spirit of fair play never disappeared. Regardless of the results, respect between opponents remained the defining characteristic of the competition.
In the championship final, Mikołaj Nowicki defeated Andrzej Hreczyn by 2–1 after an exciting encounter to become the winner of the 32nd Polish Year-End Tournament. The third-place match was won by Stanislaw Kasprzak, who overcame Mieszko Nowicki to secure the bronze medal.
However, as always, the tournament was about much more than trophies and results.
In the evening, players and friends gathered around a campfire, sharing food, stories, laughter, and conversations long into the night. We reflected on the tournament, discussed life, exchanged ideas about the future of table football, and, of course, talked about the upcoming ITFC World Championship 2026. Moments like these remind us that our sport is built not only on competition but also on friendship and mutual respect.
The bond between the Polish and Hungarian table football communities has always been a special one, and this weekend strengthened that friendship even further. The famous Polish-Hungarian friendship once again proved to be alive and well.
I truly believe that the Polish table football community is an outstanding example of what the ITFC stands for. It is more than a sports community—it is a large family. Their passion, hospitality, dedication, and unity perfectly reflect the vision of the ITFC global table football family.
On behalf of everyone who participated, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the organizers, volunteers, players, and supporters for creating another unforgettable tournament.
We cannot wait to meet again soon.
